  • 1 Spatchcock Alberta Chicken Seasoned

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your barbeque to 350°F. Cook your seasoned Spatchcock Alberta Chicken on indirect heat on your grill for 40 - 45 minutes.
  • Transfer chicken to direct heat side of grill for 5 minutes, or until the internal temperature reads 160°F.
  • Remove chicken from grill and allow to rest 15 minutes. The chicken will continue to cook and reach 165°F. After resting cut into pieces and serve.
