The Story of Gingerbread George & Ginny, with Aunty Cinnamon Bun

Once upon a time, in a cozy little village far away, two gingerbread friends named George and Ginny heard wonderful tales about their beloved Aunty Cinnamon Bun. She was said to be living in a magical place called Freson Bros., filled with holiday cheer and tasty treats. With icing smiles and sugar-coated hearts, they decided to set out on an adventure to find her.

George, with his cozy icing scarf and adventurous spirit, led the way, while Ginny, with her frosting dress and endless enthusiasm, kept a lookout for the giant bow tie on the Freson Bros. store. Together, they travelled far and wide, and saw many things, and once they arrived at Freson Bros., they were amazed by the twinkling lights, Christmas decorations, and the warmth of the season. But finding Aunty Cinnamon Bun wasn’t as easy as they’d hoped.

Determined to reunite with her, George and Ginny started looking in new departments every day—sometimes among the Christmas decorations, near the candy canes, or even peeking out from behind the gift displays.

Calling all kids!

If you see George or Ginny during your visit to Freson Bros., be sure to let Customer Service know! They’ll help reunite the gingerbread friends with Aunty Cinnamon Bun. As a thank-you for your help, one lucky girl or boy at every Freson Bros. store will be able to take George, Ginny, and their Aunty Cinnamon Bun home with them, along with a Sweet Treats Gift Box filled with holiday goodies.

Every time you visit your local Freson Bros. store from December 2 – December 19, pick up an entry form from the customer service desk, and write down where you spotted George, Ginny, or both!

On your way out of the store, give the filled out form to Customer Service. On December 20th we’ll contact someone from each store and you’ll go home with George, Ginny, a Sweet Gift Box, and Sourdough Cinnamon Buns.
