Baked Brie & Sweet Pepper Jelly

Delicious savory brie cheese with a sweet pepper jelly for the perfect dip! 

Ingredients

·       1 brie wheel

·       ½ to ⅔ cup of your favorite pepper jelly

Instructions

1.     Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2.     Remove top rind of cheese; leave rind on sides and bottom. Place brie cut side up in brie baker. Top with pepper jelly.

3.     Place brie baker in center of hot oven for 15 minutes. DO NOT place lid on baker while in the oven.

4.     Remove from oven and place brie baker cover on top to keep brie warm and soft until ready to serve.

5.     Serve with pretzel thins, pita chips, crackers or baguette slices.
