Heat Western Family Extra Virgin Olive Oil over medium high heat in a large pan. Season the Alberta Beef Stewing Cubes with salt and pepper and add to the hot pan. Brown for 3-4 minutes on each side.
Add the browned Alberta Beef Stewing Cubes to your slow cooker.
Add Mushrooms to the hot pan and cook for 3-5 minutes or until browned. Add beef broth to pan and scrape up any caramelized bits.
Add Mushrooms, Cream of Mushroom Soup, Beef Broth with scrapings, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder to the slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 - 9 hours or until the beef is fork-tender.
During the last 20 minutes of cooking, stir in the Plain Greek Yogurt. Then cook and drain the egg noodles according to their package.
Serve the Beef mixture with the noodles and season with salt and pepper as desired.
