Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Alberta Beef Top Sirloin Grilling Steaks
  • 8 Medium Western Family Flour Tortillas
  • 2 cups Western Family Fajita Blend 300g
  • 1 pack Western Family Fajita Seasoning Mix  35g
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions
 

  • Start by seasoning the Alberta Beef Top Sirloin steak with salt and pepper. Grill the steak on your barbecue (or stovetop) until medium rare or your preferred doneness, set it aside and allow to rest before slicing it.
  • In a large frying pan or wok, cook the Fajita vegetable mix over medium heat until tender.
  • Slice steak into 1.2" strips and add to the pan with the cooked vegetables, sprinkle in the Fajita seasoning mix, pour in 1/4 cup of water and stir. Let the mixture simmer uncovered until it thickens.
  • Finally, spoon the steak and vegetable mixture onto the Western Family Tortillas, add any other desired toppings, wrap and enjoy!
