Spray the inside of the slow cooker with cooking spray.
Remove membrane from the ribs and place ribs in the slow cooker. Discard the membrane.
Mix together BBQ Sauce, Garlic Powder, Worcestershire sauce, and Cayenne Powder in a small bowl.
Pour half of the sauce over Alberta Pork Back Ribs, coating everything. Season with salt and pepper.
Place the lid on the slow cooker and cook on low for 7-9 hours or high at 3-4 hours.
When ribs are tender and falling apart, transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Pour half of the juices from the slow cooker into the remaining sauce and baste the ribs.
Broil in a preheated oven at 400°F for approximately 10 minutes or until the edges begin to char & enjoy!
