In 1955, Freson Bros. was founded by Frank Lovsin and his partners in the small but spirited community of Hinton, Alberta. What started as a single modest Butcher shop quickly became a trusted gathering place for families, friends, and neighbours. Guided by a commitment to quality products and exceptional service, the store flourished, laying the foundation for a future of possibilities.

Over the years, Freson Bros. expanded across Alberta, with each new location carrying the same values of hospitality, innovation, and community focus.
